Stop procrastinating and make your TO DO LIST !

List.. they are becoming more important to me lately. It is so easy to forget yourself when  you are making a todo list.  Between kids, shopping, after school activities, work being brought home, it just seems like there isn't time to exercise and take care of ME!

But what I have discovered is, that if I don't take time for myself, I'm not able to keep up with all these demands that easy. You would be surprised at just how much energy you gain after doing cardio. plyometrics and even Yoga.  Getting your blood pumping is not only good for your heart, but good for your mood.  I know once I take time for myself, then I can more easily take time for others.  And with a better attitude to boot.   You will have to decide just how much time you will allow yourself and when.  For everybody it is different.  Since I wake up at 4:45 am to go to work, I wont get up any earlier to exercise. Sleep is also important and you can't deprive your body of that.  So for me, working out early evening works best.  And no, having kids is no excuse, no matter what their age.  If they are little, put them in a play pin next to you or have them workout with you if they are a little older.  Your showing them that you value being healthy and taking care if of your body and they will learn from you to take care of themselves at an early age.

And I always put myself on my list.  The best part of being on the Beachbody Club, is that I schedule my workouts and I have it remind me on my phone that it's time to workout.  However in the end, it is still up to us to get it done.  Being a coach myself, and making the time to remind my members to do their workout and see how they are doing with their goals, is just as rewarding as my own.  I enjoy helping others and sharing their experiences.  Do you need help getting started with your

If you want a great book to read about how to manage your time and get motivated, whether in business or home life, A friend suggested this book to me and I am enjoying it already.  It is "Eat that Frog" by Brian Tracy.    It is 21 Great ways to stop procrastinating and get more done in less time.
