Diet and nutrition is 80% of weight loss.  So getting the proper vitamins, nutrients, proteins, fats  and carbs will help you not only help you lose weight, but get you in optimal health.  Shakeology has helped me with my food cravings and giving me the nutrition I need in just one shake.  Chocolate is my favorite.

Starting with breakfast.  It's not a meal you should skip or skimp on.  That is where you will get your fuel for the day and set the tone for how you will manage your food intake.  If you don't eat breakfast, you will likely be snacking and grabbing unhealthy items.  But if you start with a fiber rich and protein packed food, you will have the energy you need to get to the next meal, with healthy snacking in between.

Three to five small meals is also a great way to keep nourished and keep the hunger pains away while eating healthy, balanced meals.  Plan, pre pack and prepare meals.  If you have healthy items and meals ready, you won't have an excuse not to eat healthy.  No more grabbing sugary and high calories candy bars out of the vending machines.  Keep  packaged nuts and bars with you so you won't be tempted to grab that unhealthy option.   Save that snack for a treat for yourself once a week.  Something to look forward to after eating healthy all week.  You deserve it.
